centos 7手动更改源
问题：yum -y install wget
解决方案：手动安装
下载源 ：163的开源镜像地址 http://mirrors.163.com/.help/CentOS-Base-163.repo
不一样版本见http://mirrors.163.com/.help/centos.htmlhtml
用sftp工具 把下载的文件上传到/etc/yum.repos.dcentos
上传前：
上传后：ide
再安装wget 工具
