如何查看Office365的maintenance activity?



最近在onsite处理客户问题时,遇到一个问题,突然间所有user都无法访问Yammer。我们都知道数据存储管理都在Online上,而且并不是个别用户出现问题,排除machine本身的问题。

 

在这种情况下联系微软Support,得知是因为Yammer遇到问题正在进行处理,对于这种情况,其实我们可以登录Office365 Admin Center先通过下面方式check

 

步骤:

  1. Office 365 admin center > Health > Service Health > Advisories > Yammer Enterprise

  1. 点击后会看到有如下信息显示“Yammer sign in issue”,并且有当前状态情况。
  2. 这样我们就可以得知当前Online产品是否有issue,状态是什么样的,进度如何,在Issue处理完成后他们也会及时更新。
