dolphin集群redo log相关参数配置错误致使服务没法启动

WIN10平台，dolphinDB版本DolphinDB Systems 1.30.2 64 bit JITnode

问题现象：重启dolphinDB服务后，一直没法启动datanode，查看datanode日志，重复出现如图所示内容，

同时CMD窗口事后也出现错误提示

临时经过删除全部类型的日志后，服务能够重启。不过dolphinDB工程师分析后发现是配置不配套的缘由致使。spa

关于redo log功能的相关参数设置包括：

正确的配置是：在controller中配置dataSync=1，同时配套在cluster中设置合理的chunkCacheEgineMemSize。
