解决办法：先检查全部全部的 $PATH 目录是否包含libssl*连接库,若是有，能够作软连接改变名字，若是没有，安装之

解决办法，找到占用端口的程序，杀掉（比较暴力，也能够换端口，可是初次安装为简单起见，暴力）
